4 characters per season wouldn't be a problem if we got more out of the updates. Like, it's time to up the max level cap of World Tour. I've been level 100 since AKI released I think, and there's no challenge for people who have been playing the game since the game released. They give us like 4 small quests on World Tour per character and call it a day. That map and the story needs to be expanded. Juri's arcade prologue and ending makes no sense now that Bison is alive again. The World Tour ending was depressing and underwhelming. Ken's situation with JP will probably be ignored now that Bison is back. It's like they set stuff up but never fully explore them. And what's up with the characters being so static? Ken helps Ryu throughout the Satsui no Hado saga and Ryu doesn't care now that he's homeless and disgraced? They can''t meet?

After playing through the Bison DLC storyline, I think you're wrong on season 3 being dedicated to SF3. Looks like Vega and Balrog are coming back first.

i unironically like the gameplay, but the rifts mode, the monetization, and the players are all kinda ass at its core, i still don't hate the gameplay itself

For me, the game feels too unbalanced and slow. It lost whatever sparkle I saw on it during the beta and it feels like a chore to play.

Having people waiting months for each character, I understand. But only getting two actual SF characters in year 2? Not fond of that. It means that my wait for Elena is basically a year.

They made the game way slower and added cooldowns to more moves, and got rid of wave dashing. You can’t move anymore. Great cast of characters bad game.

I dont think it makes any sense at all to give any slots to characters from a failing fighting game series. If your audience cared about kof theyde be playing that instead of Street Fighter. It's like Playstation wall paper themes on Xbox.

To be honest I was expecting a better experience in the game, I could spend my money to buy the characters and maybe some cosmetics, but then again what’s the point of the game if the progression without any money is slow as expensive. The game then feels tedious and repetitive. And the worst thing, I can’t think of a way to make it better the way they are selling it.

I don’t mind micro-transactions, but the grinding being so slow and tedious makes me despise them.

If I am feeling too happy and content in my life, I just play some multiversus, get lost in the bazillion currencies and grind traps, then I can get back to work cutting myself

as with everygame theirs monetization so i dont even add that as a negative cause that a given i bought the $100 version myself and played the beta alot, i do feel like it was better back then but ive put about 60 hours since release and still having a blast with it, although not another real good fighting game rn MK1 Flopped hard

I heard that apparently instead of fixing the net code, they slowed down the game and zoomed in the camera so even ignoring the monetization and modes, the gameplay is arguably a different game. In this case, can multiversus 1 be community hosted ? Perhaps. I waited for rerelease to play it but am not interested anymore. Love and blessings!

I'm really surprised that as someone who went to EVO for the MV Beta, you didn't once mention the mechanics changes in this video and it makes me really sad and disheartened that nobody in the community is complaining about the shift from Beta to Alpha's ACTUAL MECHANICS cuz with no one talking about it the MV devs will never fix it 🥺 I'm talking about the removal of Wavedashing, good Fast Fall, better fluid feeling movement, whiff cancel neutral, momentum shifts, stronger DI, longer lasting stocks, more unique combo systems that weren't just BnBs - everything I feel that actually made the game feel like the game - lilY!

This is the equivalent of Smash Ultimate only having some characters as Mii costumes. I like Mii and all, but Shantae being shelved to make room for SEVEN FIRE EMBLEM CHARACTERS is a fucking sin.

If Mai is supposed to come out around January or February 2025, they shouldn’t have placed her last in the reveal image. It really gives the impression that she’s not coming until November or December 2025.

I swear they wasted an entire year just upgrading the graphics into a new engine. Further proof that video games are not made by gamers anymore since they focused on Graphics while making everything else about the game worst than the beta.

This game deserves it's downfall honestly. How the hell does the game get worse when it was supposed to be improved? 🤦🏾‍♂️ There was absolutely NO reason to slow the gameplay, scale the characters, and zoom the camera! 👈🏾 Those 3 things are why I quit the game and will NEVER return. 🤷🏾‍♂️

Welp, it’s official. We all thought Multiversus was gonna be the big Smash Bros competitor, maybe even killer. But lo and behold, much like Nick All-Star Brawl. It’s just another rushed platform fighter with no replay value. Free to play or not, I won’t be wasting time with this.

I’ve been trying to spread on any video how money focused this game is. Its sad and disgusting. Imma continue my FREE grind since Beta. Im currently 13 bosses in on rifts. Spent my EARNED glemium on gens to level up EXTREMELY slightly. And being on the ONLY insanity level available to us now is complete BS. If i somehow ever get agent smith, i will never play this game again.

Man I still have 40 character tickets from the beta.. at this rate I’ll never get to use them.. I spent way too much on the beta because I was really excited about this game and it hasn’t paid dividends

I played in the aloha and beta, I think this game is totally cooked imo. Not only would they need to speed it up but they would also need to move the camera back again but I don’t think they will do either of those things personally
